Although I am a multiply certified life coach and trained in many modalities, what makes my coaching different is the way I work. I use both art and science to take you from where you are to where you want to be. As an artist I work with you to form a picture of what’s happening with you right now. (But you don’t need to be an “artist”!) Together we uncover your personal imagery that can explain what’s working in your life and what’s not. We often discover things not currently in your awareness. Then using a research-based positive psychology approach, we take what’s right with your life and leverage it to get you where you want to go. Next we create the pictures of what could be and then take the steps to bring them into reality. Working in pictures, or metaphors, helps you get to the heart of the matter quickly and make changes easily. And it’s fun!
I have been using these methods to help people from all walks of life with all kinds of issues for many years.
